Aneesh de Vos is currently study for her (DProf) doctorate in Psychological Trauma at the University of Chester. She holds a PGC Coaching (University of Warwick) and a Masters in Trauma Informed Practice (University of Nottingham). Her research specialism is in autoethnography. Her belief being that a person’s uniquely independent story is enmeshed with an interdependence reflected from their community. She has worked within the therapeutic sector for the past three decades as both a therapist and a trainer; working with corporate industry, frontline services, the education sector and the general public. Her training and work is underpinned with both compassion and somatic based practices which she sees as an integral part of an holistic understanding of ourselves. Outside of work and studies Aneesh prefers to be out walking in the company of Morris the dog!
