Total Transformation Training Consultancy

Our Total Transformation package has been developed in alignment with the national trauma training programme and reflects the most up-to-date literature and research regarding trauma responsive culture and practice. It has been developed with input from senior leaders, front line practitioners as well as people a history of adverse childhood experiences and trauma – many of whom have endured re-traumatisation through a lack of organisational understanding.

Our consultancy service is grounded in relational practice and follow the 4r’s approach and has been designed to ensure that your organisation can positively change its understanding and response to trauma. The Epione Total Transformation package will ensure that healthy, effective, and comprehensive change takes place across your entire organisation, from top to bottom, and that change will last long term.

Epione has worked with most Local Authorities, Health and Social Care Partnerships as well as Third sector organisations and employs a tried and tested model of organisational transformation. The approach invites the opportunity for ‘tests of change’ and invites the full support of strategic leaders as well as everyday managers and front-line practitioners.

As such, our consultancy service introduces and delivers trauma informed training and trauma responsive practice and culture in a way that is holistic and fully integrated at all hierarchies and designations within an organisation.

Timeframe

Full integration and implementation of trauma informed and trauma responsive policies, procedures and practice is a journey, not a destination. Supporting culture change takes time – all your organisation has to do is take the time to change. This will include collaboratively setting short, medium and long term goals to show immediate organisational results and measure ongoing progress in creating a trauma informed and responsive organisation.

Although the above training and support comes as standard with our consultancy package, we can tailor it to suit the requirements of your organisation – just let us know what you need beforehand and together we’ll work out the best approach in advance.
