Total Transformation Training Consultancy

Our Total Transformation package has been developed in alignment with the national trauma training programme and roadmap which reflects the most up-to-date literature and research regarding trauma responsive culture and practice. It has been developed with input from senior leaders, front line practitioners as well as people a history of adverse childhood experiences and trauma – many of whom have endured re-traumatisation through a lack of organisational understanding.

Our consultancy service is grounded in relational practice and follow the 6r’s approach and has been designed to ensure that your organisation can positively change its understanding and response to trauma. The Epione Total Transformation package will aim to embed the principles and support effective, and comprehensive change to takes place across your entire organisation.

 

 

Epione has worked with most Local Authorities, Health and Social Care Partnerships as well as many Third Sector organisations and employs a range of tried and tested models of organisational transformation. The approach invites the opportunity for ‘tests of change’ and garners the support of strategic leaders as well as everyday managers and front-line practitioners.

As such, our Total Transformation package includes training your staff to deliver trauma skilled training and trauma enhanced training to empower the organisation to cascade knowledge, skill and practice throughout the whole organisation.

Epione Conference Consultancy Training

Our Total Transformation package includes the following:

  • Trauma Informed leadership sessions: This will include assessing organisational readiness, strategic group set up and collaboratively setting short, medium and long term goals to show immediate organisational results and measure ongoing progress in creating a trauma informed and responsive organisation.
  • Trauma Training for operational and front-line managers:
  • Trauma Skilled training at NES Level 2 for multi-agency staff;
  • Trauma Enhanced training at NES level 3 for front-line staff working directly with people with a history of trauma; and
  • The Epione Train the Trainers package where selected candidates are trained to NES Levels 1-3 with all Epione approved master training materials.
  • Ongoing support, review points and guidance as necessary.

Timeframe

Full integration and implementation of trauma informed and trauma responsive policies, procedures and practice is a journey, not a destination. Supporting culture change takes time – all your organisation has to do is take the time to change. This will include collaboratively setting short, medium and long term goals to evidence immediate organisational results, and measure ongoing progress in creating a trauma informed and responsive organisation.
